Gary Gianni

A very good friend of mine, and a great artist. Gary's award winning work has been featured as covers on DC Comics titles, Dark Horse Comics saw Gary illustrate their Shadow series, as well as the cover artist for their Doc Savage series. He's currently illustrating some of Robert E. Howard's most famous characters for a British publisher. For them he's illustrated Solomon Kane, Bran Mak Morn and Conan Vol. 2. Gary is the current artist of the PRINCE VALIANT comic strip.

Roy Krenkel
-
This site was set by and is run by Richard Garrison and features work from various artist. But above them is the work of Roy Krenkel. Roy's work is amazing. He could take an ordinary ball point pen and turn out a finished drawing that would amaze anyone who saw it. Or he could turn out a small little study that looked as though lightning had done it. His work is greatly under appreciated. Roy was a good friend to Frank Frazetta's and not only taught Frank most of what Frank knows, but also got Frank a lot of his early work with Ace doing those ERB covers and later gave Frank the Lancer job and taught Frank how to draw barbarians for the now famous Conan covers. Roy was a great man and I've never met anyone who's not had anything good to say about him. Any artist would consider themselves lucky to be as half as good as Roy.
